Founder’s Letter

As a St. Charles, MO, USA resident, I designed VEGU® out of a simple but urgent belief: everyone deserves a safe way to be heard. Too often, students stay silent about bullying, threats, or misconduct because they fear retaliation. Employees hesitate to report workplace issues. Communities ignore warning signs. I built VEGU® to change that.

As a Ph.D. candidate in Organizational Psychology, I’ve dedicated my work to understanding how people find the courage to speak up; and how institutions can create safer cultures when they truly listen.

By giving people a platform to be proactive while staying anonymous, VEGU® helps prevent crises, strengthens trust, and creates safer environments for everyone.
